A doula is a trained, non-medical professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a mother before, during, and after childbirth. As your doula, my goal is to help you achieve the healthiest, sweetest journey into parenthood possible. Regardless of if this is your first baby or if this path of parenthood is a familiar one, I provide supportive and nurturing care so that you not only feel loved, but also empowered.

Birth Support
Your birth doula support includes:

Postpartum Support
Your postpartum doula support includes:
A free, no-obligation consultation
Support in creating a healing, restful, and bonding family environment
Physical and emotional support and education
Resources and support on the latest baby care, sleep, and sleep safety information
Light housekeeping, meal support, and newborn care support in the comfort of your own home
Complimentary newborn care and cloth diapering education and support
Daytime and evening availability*
$30/hr

Additional Services
Cloth Diapering Class - $30
A comprehensive 1-hour hour class on the benefits and practical aspects of cloth diapering, providing all the information needed to start with confidence and ease. I am here to guide you through different types of cloth diapers and effective cleaning methods, making the process simple and sustainable for your family.
Birth and Postpartum Planning - $100
If you're unsure about hiring a doula but need support with a birth or postpartum plan, a consultation can provide the guidance you need using up-to-date research and my doula experience. I offer these personalized consultations in person (within the greater St. Louis area), over Zoom, or via email to help navigate your pregnancy and create effective perinatal plans to share with your in-person birth team.
Lactation Support with Rachel Koester, CLC
Prenatal Visit - $100
Perfect for the mom looking to gain more information about breastfeeding before the birth of her baby or the mom looking to refresh her breastfeeding skills before her baby is born. This visit can be done virtually, in-office or in-home.
Postpartum Initial Lactation Visit/Assessment - $175
Ideal for the mom looking for immediate lactation support after the birth of her baby. Rachel will be there to help you support you as you and your baby begin you breastfeeding journey from the very beginning.

Fresh48 Session - $200
Includes a 30-minute session within 48 hours of birth and an online gallery with your beautiful photos. To help streamline these services, I will be in contact with Ali so that she can contact you to schedule your session shortly after your baby is born.
